Car Parking
Pay and display car and coach parking (managed by North East Lincolnshire Council) available adjacent at all of our stations.
Toilets
There are currently two toilets, both with disabled access at Lakeside Station with baby changing facilities.
Dog Friendly
We welcome dogs on our trains for a small charge, and most areas of our site. Please note that currently dogs are not allowed in our cafe.
First Aid
Please contact a member of staff. There are first aid boxes on every train and at every station.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted on our trains, station buildings and platforms during open hours. Designated smoking areas can be found in The Signal Box Inn beer gardens.
Information and Lost Property
The General Office is at Lakeside Station and all staff will be happy to help with any enquiries you have during your visit. This is also where all lost property is taken.
